This service is to assist clients arriving on one plane and take them to their vehicle.
Group Greeters
This is to assist numerous passengers arriving on several planes to ensure all the passengers arriving find their designated vehicles.
Where Greeters are Staged
These simple steps should be followed from the time you depart your flight until you meet your Greeter
1. After you deplane follow the overhead signs showing the way to the baggage claim area.
2. You will be taking an escalator ride down to the boarding
platform for a train ride to the Main Terminal.3. Your train may stop at one or two other concourses on the way to the Main Terminal, so please listen to the announcements and only exit at the Main Terminal.
4. You must then proceed up an escalator (it’s the only way
you can go) to Level 5 and this is the baggage claim level.5. As you exit the escalator you will be facing the Greet Area on Level 5. YourGreeter will be standing there with a sign reading the requested personal or company name.
6. Upon meeting your Greeter please relax-we will take care of you from here. The Greeter will take you to the baggage carousel if you have checked luggage and help you with your luggage. After your luggage has been retrieved he/she will escort you to your vehicle. In the event that you do not have any checked luggage he/she will take you directly to your vehicle.
7. Your chauffeur will now take it from here. So sit back and relax and enjoy your trip to the MILE HIGH CITY.
